Adult Programs 

We provide programs for about 50-60 adults per week. Swimming for fitness, rehabilitation and relaxation are just a few of the benefits adults can derive from aquatic programming. Here at the White Mountain Aquatic Center we are dedicated to providing adults with affordable, accessible and enjoyable programs that can make a difference in people's lives.

Our adult swimming and fitness programs run continuously throughout the year.  Tell a friend about the White Mountain Aquatic Center adult programs. Aquatic Dance with Gerrie Beck

Tuesday 9:00-10:00am and Thursdays 9:00-10:00am

All the fun of regular Water Aerobics at a faster pace using intervals of very hard effort balanced with core strength work and water resistance training. This class uses  a sequence of fast and slower music including tabata intervals designed to increase the work of the heart and lungs. Water Aerobics blends the Zumba philosophy and moves with water resistance to create a pool party.


Master Swim with Steve Vosburgh

Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30am

This class is for all adults who would like to refine your skills while getting in a great workout.  We will rotate through different workouts weekly each week focusing on mastering different swim techniques.  It is a great way to start your day!

 Cost: FREE for Adult Program members, $5 Pool members, $15 non members.
