The first priority for the WMAF is to establish that the White Mountain Aquatic Center project can succeed. Therefore, we need to finance a facility feasibility study which would be conducted by a business that specializes in assessments of aquatic facility projects. The total actual cost for such a study is estimated to be $60,000 based on recent similar studies. Among the businesses that we have identified as potential study providers are: Wallover Architects of Lancaster, PA, Counsilman-Hunsaker of St. Louis, MO, and Lutra Aquatics of Simsbury, CT.
We need your help to achieve this goal! As of June 5, 2010 we have $10,000 of our goal of $60,000. Help us prove that the Mt. Washington Valley region needs, wants and can sustain an aquatic center!
